Elaina and Jeff originally planned on having a destination wedding in tropical Costa Rica, with a local reception at City Winery after they returned. But then 2020 struck, and like so many others, they had to reimagine their wedding day. And what a perfect plan B they came up with!

With the design help of Modern Vintage Events, the floral genius of Flwr Events, Elaina and Jeff transformed City Winery into a tropical getaway with tons of foliage, gorgeous florals, and rattan accents. They absolutely nailed the intimate island party vibe, don’t you think?

But, aside from all the eye candy of the day, I loved Elaina and Jeff’s attitude the most. If you can’t tell from the below photos, they were nothing but smiles and laughter the whole day, despite having to change their plans. After all, no matter where you are, and who attends, at the end of the day, you are married to the love of your life, and that is the best thing ever.
